भारत अगली पीढ़ी की communication technology की दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) ने अपने 43वें Foundation Day कार्यक्रम में 6G, Quantum-Secure Communication और Cybersecurity से जुड़ी स्वदेशी तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया। इन technologies का उद्देश्य भविष्य के digital networks को तेज, intelligent और ज्यादा secure बनाना है।
C-DOT, भारत सरकार के Department of Telecommunications के तहत काम करने वाला प्रमुख telecom research and development organisation है। संस्था 5G, 6G, cybersecurity और quantum-secure communication जैसी technologies पर काम कर रही है। कार्यक्रम में भारत में विकसित कई solutions को showcase किया गया, जो देश के growing indigenous telecom ecosystem को दर्शाते हैं।
इस showcase की खासियत Quantum Series रही, जिसमें Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) और Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) से जुड़ी 14 technologies शामिल हैं। इनमें Q-AKSHAY, एक compact quantum key distribution system, और Q-SETU, एक quantum-safe encryptor, भी प्रदर्शित किए गए। वहीं 6G technologies future में ultra-fast connectivity, low latency, AI-powered networks और advanced sensing जैसी capabilities को संभव बना सकती हैं।
C-DOT का यह showcase बताता है कि भारत 5G के आगे की technology के लिए अभी से तैयारी कर रहा है। हालांकि, इन technologies का प्रदर्शन यह नहीं दर्शाता कि 6G या quantum networks देशभर में commercial रूप से शुरू हो चुके हैं; कई solutions अभी research, development और demonstration stage में हैं। 6G + AI + Quantum-Safe Security + Advanced Computing आने वाले वर्षों में भारत के digital communication infrastructure को नया रूप दे सकते हैं।
